Description

The RZM 35 X Blown Film Extrusion Line is an automatic monolayer blown film machine designed for producing flexible plastic films from materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HMHDPE and selected biodegradable film materials. With a 35 mm screw diameter, 30:1 screw L/D ratio and an output range of approximately 25–45 kg/hr, the machine is suitable for small to medium-scale film production. It supports film widths of up to 400 mm and film thicknesses around 100 microns, making it suitable for applications where controlled film dimensions and consistent production are required. The machine uses a surface winder and fixed die configuration and is equipped with an ABB main motor. Its automatic operation and compact production capacity make it a practical option for manufacturers entering or expanding their blown film production capabilities.
