Description

The Compostable Bag Making Machine from RZM Machinery is an automatic/semi-automatic bag manufacturing system designed for producing shopping bags from compostable and biodegradable film materials. The machine uses a servo motor drive system and supports a V-shaped bag bottom configuration. It has a maximum bag length of up to 1000 mm and maximum bag width of approximately 30 inches. The listed capacity is approximately 80–100 pieces per hour, with 5 kW power consumption and a 440 V electrical supply. Its configuration is intended for manufacturers producing shopping bags where compostable or biodegradable film is used as the raw material. Machine settings can be selected according to required bag dimensions and production requirements.
