Description

Hot Sealing Cutting Machine is used for manufacturing plastic/poly bags by heat sealing and cutting the film simultaneously. It is commonly used for making garbage bags, shopping bags, liner bags, packaging bags and other types of PE/HDPE/LDPE bags. Main Functions Heat sealing: Seals the film using controlled heating. Cutting: Cuts the sealed film into individual bags. Sealing + cutting in one operation: Improves production efficiency. Adjustable bag length: Bag length can be set according to requirement. Temperature control: Sealing temperature can be adjusted according to the material and thickness. Speed adjustment: Machine speed can be adjusted based on bag size and material. Automatic operation: Depending on the model, feeding, sealing and cutting can be automated. Suitable Materials LDPE HDPE LLDPE Recycled PE film, depending on film quality and machine specification
