ABC Multilayer Blown Film Plant

The ABC Multilayer Blown Film Plant is a fully automatic three-layer blown film extrusion machine designed for efficient production of multilayer plastic films. It is suitable for processing LDPE, LLDPE, HMHDPE and biodegradable materials for packaging and industrial film applications. The machine is designed with a 45x55x45 mm screw configuration, 32:1 screw L/D ratio and a production capacity of up to 150 kg/hr. With a film width of up to 1200 mm, it can be used for manufacturing shopping bags, packaging films, grain bags and other flexible film products.
