LDPE Film Extrusion Machine

The RZM Machinery LDPE Film Extrusion Machine is a fully automatic single-layer blown film extrusion machine designed specifically for LDPE film production. It features a 45 mm screw diameter and is rated for a production capacity of up to approximately 50 kg/hr, with the listed operating range extending from 15–40 kg/hr depending on production conditions. The machine uses a single-screw extrusion system and is designed for industrial applications. With a 415 V electrical supply and 22 kW power consumption, it provides a dedicated solution for manufacturers producing LDPE film. The machine is made in India and can be considered for flexible packaging, liners, carry bag film and other applications requiring LDPE-based film.
